This series of high-flow filter cartridges utilizes deep-layer fine polypropylene or glass fiber membrane as the filter medium. Featuring a large diameter of 6 inches/152mm, these cartridges are designed without a central rod and have a single open end. They are specifically engineered to allow fluid to flow from the inside out, ensuring that all contaminant particles are trapped within the cartridge. The high-flow design significantly reduces the number of cartridges and filters needed, greatly saving on equipment investment and labor costs.
Product Features:The filter cartridge has a large effective filtration area, low pressure drop, and a high flow rate. The use of deep-layer fine membrane material and a scientifically designed multi-layer gradient pore size filtration structure gives the cartridge a high dirt holding capacity, extending the service life of the cartridge and saving the user cost. The filtration accuracy ranges from 0.5um to 100um, which can meet the needs of different filtration grades. The length specifications can be selected from 20", 40", and 60".
